Humlegården owns 60 properties in Stockholm, concentrated to five attractive office areas: Stockholm city, Gärdet, Solna strand/Sundbyberg, Hagastaden and Hagalund.

As a long-term property owner, Humlegården sees a direct link between profitability, sustainability and good architecture. Quality is in no way compromised in the work on preserving and developing properties. Our properties are to enrich the urban space and be environmentally, aesthetically, socially and economically sustainable.

Humlegården is the seventh largest property owner in the Stockholm office market. The company owns and manages properties with a market value of SEK 38,3  billion (30 June 2024)

The company carries out development projects and makes acquisitions in strategic locations in order to develop its property portfolio. These development projects comprise new-builds or developing existing properties. All development takes place in a sustainable manner with high architectural ambitions.
