Risks

The Annual and Sustainability Report 2023 pages 64-70 describes the risk areas identified by the Board of Directors and Management. The risks presented are relevant to Humlegård's activities and are divided between development projects, property valuation, property management, financing, other external risks, environment and sustainability, social conditions, human rights and anti-corruption.The risk section also describes the management of social conditions and personnel as well as human rights and anti-corruption.
